This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) governs the manner in which Infinity Group (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information from users (each, a “User”, “Visitor”, “you”) of the uitkoms.org.za website (the “Site”). This Policy applies to the Site.
We are committed to protecting your privacy on the Site. We do not collect any information that you do not choose to provide. These are some fundamentals to consider with regard to our position in protecting your privacy:

1.1 Site Visitors
Like most website operators, we do collect non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and [most] servers typically make available. This includes your browser information (known as a User Agent), referring site, as well as the date and time of each visitor request. Our purpose in collecting said information is to better understand the way in which our visitors use the Site. From time to time, we may release said information (in aggregate form), for example by publishing a report on usage trends of the Site.
1.2 Protection of certain personally-identifying information

1.3 Browser/Session Cookies
A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time a visitor makes a request (visits a page on the website).
We store client cookies on your computer in the event that you log into an administration/management-end of the Site. We also store a session cookie on your computer (this cookie holds no personally-identifying information, and is wiped at the end of the session).
Visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browser preferences accordingly, with the drawback being that certain features of the Site may not function correctly without them.
1.4 Logging
For debugging purposes, certain client-side software may log its events to your browser’s console, if one exists. This log does not contain any personal information, and is cleared when the browser/browser tab is closed, or the page is refreshed/redirected.
For security purposes, some events will not be logged.
1.5 Business Transfers
If we, or substantially all of our business assets were to be acquired, or in the unlikely event that we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, any collected information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquiror of our business and standing assets may continue to use your information as set forth in this Policy.
